Stu, It's at my regular chain grocery store in with the vinegars. if you're drinking this stuff daily I'd rinse my mouth after drinking it with water a few times because the acidity can cause teeth issues over time. I had a customer tell me that Gosh's in Randall has it. He buys it there on the way to the lake. Said it's the best acid reflux med he's tried.

Walked for a full hour on my lunch. 2.72 miles. yesterday was only 1.5 miles. I try to walk every day on lunch as much as time allows.
I'm not sure how much I weigh but I think I'm losing a little weight.

I'm not sure how much I weigh but I think I'm losing a little weight. Buy a scale. I try to take a lap around the building every night after lunch and that is .75 mile. The plant is pretty good size and I do a lot of walking in the plant, even more if everything's running good and not much else going on. I have my goal on my phone set for 10500 steps which resets to 0 at midnight. I very seldom don't reach the goal and 10500 steps = 5 miles with my stride. Did I say buy a scale. For the first time ever and I mean EVER I took a salad for my lunch. My wife damn near fell over.

The Dr. office had 209 with my shoes on when I got my nuts snipped.

Scales vary. If you find an accurate one...keep it. I finally have one that weighs as accurately as those at the Dr. office. I like salads

Fuck them scales!
I like real food like Hamburgers and fries! Don't care to live so long I am in a wheel chair shitting my pants. Make it into my 60's or 70's and die on the go! That's the way to do it!

I'm feeling a tad bit under the weather today. Some kind of cold/sinus shit going around apparently. I decided to try that organic apple cider vinegar idea. I actually merged three ideas into one in hopes it may help stave off things getting worse.
So I mixed a shot of apple cider with a shot of apricot brandy. I may have been a tad liberal with the amounts to make sure I got it covered.
Yikes!
I immediately thought of the caddyshack scene where bill murray and chevy chase were doing shots and hitting the huge joint at the same time and murray kept saying, "Cannonball!"

That's the way to do it! mid to late 70s... and I'll agree. The problem is, an awful lotta men seem to have massive coronaries in their mid to late 50s. That's a bit earlier than I'd like.

Your body is basically a biological engine and has characteristics just like a gas or diesel engine. Quality air, fuel, filtration and some maintenance and you'll run a long time. Don't take care of the engine and it will prematurely fail. You'll have to figure out how much maintenance you want to do.

You're failing to take genetics into account

You can exercise all you want and still tip! Seen a lot of old drunks that never exercise! Lol!

His wife(grandma) lived to 92. My other grandpa lived to 88, and died 2 days after bypass surgery of a stroke. Grandma on that side died at 78(I believe). A guy stoned out of his gourd on meth or crack or something, rear ended them out on a country road by Dalton, MN, and she died on the scene. She had another 20 years in her. Her parents and grandparents lived well towards 90. Genetics...... HUGE! Not saying working towards health is bad, but I think most have a predisposed timebomb(for a lack of a better term).....
