Fix your trails. That's what I'd do & did. The first year I owned the 40 I had to winch the ATV from tree to tree to get to where I wanted the plot. I can drive the truck back there now any time.

So the cost of the machine is about half of what it cost to permanently fix with gravel.
I'd go with the gravel.

The only devils advocate thing is this machine can go through deep snow where fixing the trail won't help with. I like Gravel though too because then I can get a tractor to the back any time of the year.

Well...if you're going to move up there you'll likely be mounting a snowplow on your truck. With graveled trails you can keep them plowed. No tracked vehicle necessary

That is a very cool video. I would love to take an excursion like that.
You have to admit, with tracks they can allot of places a wheeler could never go.

They can go almost anywhere without tracks. Until the snow flies. I could drive my argo through places impossible to walk through in the dark.
