Minnewaska Real Estate...will have a nice 50 acre parcel for sale, wooded, some swamp, food plots, nice cabin (worth around 35,000- $40,000) for sale if anyone is interested. I will have pics tomorrow....really good history of deer on this parcel, nice bucks...grouse, turkey, occasional bear. Not on the market as of yet. Good access...good neighbors. Asking price is $142,000 and he is pretty firm on that.   |

It was deep. I went up to my farm as well. Long ways to go before it’s melted.

$142k for that type of hunting experience with a place to stay is really reasonable IMHO. Very reasonable.

Seems like retail price for the area. I think land can be purchased for less but it looks like a turnkey operation.
