I'm ready for a new coach.
Rodgers wasn't displaying his "GOAT" credentials last night either.

Whip and the rest...Is McDonuts going to be around by year end?
Nothing really terrible last night against the Vikes, but you do not go for it on 4th and 1 at Minnesota in a tie game? Turned the whole momentum of the game? The crowd was kind of a non factor until that play.

I hope he is gone. First time with the Packers he did not coach them to the playoffs 2 years in a row.
Obviously Rodgers and him have a bad relationship. With the new GM getting rid of players to make the team his, getting rid of the coach next makes sense.

Well, it isn't up to the new GM if he stays or goes since Mark Murphy gave himself, and only himself, the power to fire the HC, therefore Gutekunst technically has no say in McCheesebuger's firing unless an upper level Front Office decision is made to change it back to the way it was before this season where the GM has hire/fire capabilities over the Head Coach position. I personally would like to see Mark Murphy, Mike McDonuts, and Ron Zook all fired as soon as possible, as I feel all 3 are dragging the team down, but none of that will likely happen till the season ends. 5 weeks from today we shall see. C'mon Black Monday! Can't get here soon enough for my taste. The bigger question I have is now that AR signed for the big guaranteed money, and his status as a 1st ballot HOFer has already been chiseled in stone, what recourse does the organization have if he just tells the incoming coach to fuck off? Who will he "allow" to coach him? It's not like the organization will cut, trade, or even bench him regardless. The fanbase would march on 1265 with torches and pitchforks.
I mean, it sure seems like he is out to improve his personal highlight reel vs helping the team win games. The tossing up bombs on 3rd and short with multiple receivers open on underneath routes on multiple plays per game in the last 4 or 5 weeks is pretty telling, IMO. Short checkdown throws to get a 1st down don't get you on the SportsCenter Top 10 Plays of the Week like a 3rd down touchdown bomb does. McCarthy might be calling shit plays, but not throwing those checkdowns to move the chains on the rare occasions when McCarthy has provided them as routes on the 3rd down play calls is entirely on AR12, not on McCarthy, as much as it pains me to say that.

No shit?
Starting to wonder about Zimmer. My god. No killer instinct in the Vikes team. Patriots just methodically kept moving today. Vikes game plan was awful. The only time we moved the ball was no huddle offense, and throwing it down field. Funny how that worked. Running game was better, but the vikes went conservative play calling way too much..... Granted the O Line is a mess. But how the heck cant we get one of the best tandem Wide receivers in the league engaged more often? ugh. Vikes season is pretty much sealed up and over after today. Maybe next year. I feel like a broken record saying that.
