Looks like the one I've bought lately is 15% more expensive now. Thanks a lot O'Biden.

I’m gonna buy 4 or 5 ladder stands in the off season .. I’ve got Big Game, a couple nice Muddys … anyone else have a personal favorite choice?
Couple I’ve read that have good reports are Primal & Millennium.

I must have enough other stuff for the pests to deal with, I have left my mesh seats out now anywhere from 3-5 years with no damage. Of course now that I'm putting this in writing, I'm sure there is a squirrel eating the shit out of them right now.

I had one several years ago, the seat just flat out rotted away. I had it in a pine tree planting.... not much for squirrels around that area.
That was a Gorilla brand stand. I put 1x6 pine across it for a replacement seat and sold the stand.

I like them light. With only using 1 ladder extension it puts my butt about 8-10 feet off the ground, and no use for extra sturdiness and weight that comes with it. This allows for much more mobility and I also feel way safer not being 16-25 feet off the ground.
Metal seat with a good pad.

I hate the metal seats. Won't even sit in them anymore. My ass likes plush.

I dont even use a cushion on them. Comfort does lack, but it doesnt bother me.

I just want to be sure there is a seat when I get there. I have had squirrels chew through a cloth seat on a hang on stand.

Couple I’ve read that have good reports are Primal & Millennium. Don't have any experience with the Millennium ladder stand but their hang on's are the cats meow. Not sure I'd pay $340 for a ladder stand but the comfort is there on the hang ons.
