Cuda inspection and cleaning on my $20 crib. Grumbling because it has a few teeth marks in the fucking thing. Tell her your saving by not having to buy a pacifier.

When we had our first-born we were pretty much broke. Got an old iron crib for free from a neighbor....and put a coat of paint on it. It was cute......but it was (later) told to be a death trap for babies. The front side had some catches that would allow the side to drop down and if the infant had his head in there....it would choke them. Feel guilty about that crib to this day.....but as I say.....we were broke and didn't know any better. Thankfully it never happened to our kids....but I can see how it easily could have happened.....as it did for too many. ^. Yours looks to be a modern crib. Good find! Dont use LEAD BASED paint.......you see what happened to Art! .

Just bought this 36”x96” welding table with a 3/8” thick steel top for $150 in independence missouri. Had my dentist buddy go pick it up this morning. Man what a score for my shop. Probably worth $800. I think the top sheet costs $400-500 alone!

Just bought a $15,000 tractor for $9800 at a dealer in winger mn. Completely serviced and gone through by the Case IH dealer. Nice cab with air and heat seat was a little rough But got them to put in a new seat. If it runs as nice as it looks I may just keep it for the farm.

Dear Tom,
Happy new year, and I hope 2019 is starting off well for you. I’m writing to let you know about an exciting opportunity QDMA is providing to our members. We are pleased to offer a Conservation Seed Program to help get viable seed planted across the landscape to benefit whitetails, other wildlife species, and your hunting this fall. Through a national program we’re able to acquire out-of-date seed and provide it to you at extremely reduced prices. The germination rate will likely be less than 100 percent, but still very good relative to cost of the seed. It’s important to note the seed can’t be sold for profit, traded or bartered, it has to remain standing for wildlife use, and it can’t be fed directly to livestock or wildlife. QDMA piloted this program in Spring 2018 with excellent results.
QDMA members can order corn, sorghum, soybeans and/or wheat. The corn is 90-110 day varieties and is not glyphosate resistant. The soybeans are group 1 beans and are glyphosate resistant. All species are $9 per 50 lbs. bag. To order, please complete this order form and email it to your QDMA Regional Director.
We can only obtain this seed in bulk (400-800 bags per order), so it may not be available in all locations. All orders must be placed by January 23, and we will know at that time where we have enough orders to schedule delivery of the seed. Our Regional Directors will contact everyone who placed an order to confirm whether the seed will be delivered or whether there was not enough interest to reach the minimum order. Seed orders are typically delivered in March, and seed will be delivered to a central location for your area. Your Regional Director will contact you with the delivery date and location to pick up your seed. Non-QDMA members can take advantage of this opportunity by joining QDMA. Have a good day, and here’s to a great 2019.
Respectfully,
Kip Adams Director of Conservation
Contact Kip

I got the same email for the QDMA seed. Damn good deal though - only $9 per 50 pound bag for corn, soybeans or sorghum so I emailed the regional director guy (I would need to buy a $35 QDMA membership though to buy any seed). I wanted to know where the seed would be delivered since I'm not driving 4 hours to save $75 on seed. He said he couldn't tell me where the seed would be delivered until after all the orders came in. I replied that nobody is going to buy seed without knowing where they have to pick it up. He agreed and said that this is basically a deal that the National QDMA came out with.
Nice.

For the record......I am NOT a closet QDMA member. I would imagine this to be a pretty good come-on to get folks to join. The seed don't cost much (if any) to QDMA and they get some new members on board. Maybe the MDHA or MN Bowbenders oughta get something like this organized?? Art's been scamming me for a few years now with a similar plan. . FORE!

Food plots will be illegal in a couple years anyhow. So you're saying now's the time to get the perennials in and make pasture.
