Mark, damn, you are in the wrong business. I am here drooling like a hungry dog. Agreed. Might have to try some of those on some duck I have in the freezer. The very first one i used mainly on waterfowl. Many lbs of snow geese fell into that one. Thats easily my favorite for waterfowl.

Did we decide if you can go without cure without risking shitting the bed that night?
A coworker brought in some bbq beef sticks last week that were so good I'd risk shitting my pants to get a batch of them.

I'll report back if/when I get the splatter shits.

i think those bbq sticks are awesome.
On the bright side If they give you the shits then you can use them as a diet aid. Eat whatever pasta and beer you want at dinner and then just cap it off with an undercooked meat stick and all those calories are quickly blown away.

I have made all these recipes of jerky. Never splatter. Vac seal and freeze. Take out and eat.
Whats to worry about if its frozen and eaten in a timely manner?

All this talk of shit reminds me of Double Bull road trips. We had a 'card a turd society' that would drop a business cards in a floater. Makes me giggle remembering how I laughed grabbing cards from big name archery celebs like Bill Jordan or Mike Waddelll.
Still remember the skit where we found a car with a fresh dent and put Will Primos' buzznes card under the windshield wiper with a note on the back 'sorry I backed into your car, call me for insurance info'
