Trump's going to win again in 2020, assuming no great new revelations from the special counsel. Democrats didn't learn much from the last election.

They’ll still vote for the democratic candidate. Iowa is switching to internet voting. California is letting illegals vote. Other lib states will follow those two. It won’t be a cakewalk for Trump.

Too many Foggy's moving to Florida, Arizona, and Texas from New York, Illinois, and Minnesota. www.insightsassociation.org/article/states-expected-gain-or-lose-congressional-seats-after-2020-census

Mo needs to get his butt down there before 2020.

FL and AZ are purple now and TX is creeping that way.

Actually, I am still a resident of MN and vote in MN elections. I must be crazy to do this.....as it does cost me much more in taxes to remain a MN resident. Almost every senior I meet here is from MN / WI / IL / WA / OR / Canada/ SD / ND / CO / MI / OH etc. Seems when you get to MO or KS it stays warm enough for those folks to stay put.....evidently the weather is not driving them south. One thing folks ask me all the time: "What is wrong with MN and the folks they elect? - Are they stupid or something??" I get this question constantly.....and I do not have an answer other than sanctuary cities and many years of democrat inbreeding.

The problem with that is how many years before they flip FL, AZ, and TX. FL and AZ are purple now and TX is creeping that way. That is why the left is choosing to kill their party on the wall issue. It will cost them in near term elections, but if they can stop it, they know they can replace the Americans with the invasion. What's going to be really critical to watch is whether they count illegals in the census. I believe it's under review now and has to be decided before the next census. If they don't count them, the electoral pain for the left is going to be really bad for states like California, New York, and Illinois.

Florida and Arizona look very attractive. I did the math and could save enough money in state taxes from moving out of Mn, to Florida, to basically pay for house in Florida in 10 years.
I have not done the comparison for Arizona, I like both!

I have not done the comparison for Arizona, I like both! Keep an eye on property taxes and sales taxes. Just cause their isn't an income tax, doesn't mean there isn't a revenue stream. Texas and Florida actually rank the lowest in state spending per capita. Just depends what gets taxed and if that'll hit you. Kinda shocked to see South Dakota wasn't in the top 10.

Hurricane insurance is expensive too.(Florida)
The other idea is just hop around and enjoy life. We like parts of Mexico as well (the safe areas)!

I am thinking of living out of my camp and rent a place for 4 months a year in FL or Caribbean. What we sell our house for could probably pay for that for the rest of my life.

I have not done the comparison for Arizona, I like both! I talked to a lot of old fucks at the bars in Arizona. Arizona won hands down because of how humid florida gets. Taxes were second, even though both states are close on that issue.

My wife and I made trips to Texas, Florida and AZ before deciding it was gonna be AZ for us. Texas was too cold and didn't make the cut. Florida gets a bit crowded and expensive.....not to mention the stifling humidity, bugs and it's a more "eastern" culture in Florida. Lots of New York, New Jersey, PA types there....and even the restraunts get snooty with you. AZ folks are like northern folks. They talk like us, have some manners, etc. Florida you had to make a reservation three days in advance to get a table at a local restaurant.....and it's too busy and snooty for me. Prices are higher too. Then there are the hurricanes.....and one of those would be enough to ruin your future.
