From the interweds it's likely a survivor of EHD, Bluetongue, or from feeding supplements.
I could bury it tomorrow without too much trouble.

I sent the pictures to MN DNR and told them its on a Blufflands board members hunting property.

She has been taken care of. I stress about things but move quickly. I figure as long as other deer don't start turning up sick it's the same as any other dead deer I find. I find another one that looks unhealthy and I'm getting concerned but I'm holding off those thoughts for now.
