Dirt-bag with Baggage. Do what you want on your own time but hurt your own company, you get what you deserve!

I saw on ESPN last night where there was some sort of protest outside the NFL offices in NY yesterday. Essentially them bitching that this a-hole doesn't have a job because of his stance. Well, last I checked the owner can hire who ever the hell they want. They don't want a guy on their team that carries that sort of baggage with him and have that associated to their team that is their choice! When you represent ANY company - the company has a right to be concerned about the message you as an employee are presenting about that company publicly....especially while your on the clock. You want to voice your opinion and support your cause...that is fine....do it on YOUR time and YOUR dime! Put your company shirt on and go on FB and start talking shit and see how long you have a job!
I'm all for equality and the like.....but when you disrespect your nation, your nations flag and all those out their putting their ass on the line in defense of it....well you deserve to get a kick in the ass. That is helping the issue, it's only making it worse. There are ways to fight for a cause, but essentially pissing on the primary symbol of your nation is not the way to do it! Him being out of a job is 100% his doing.....he crossed a line and is now paying the price.
Then you get these guys that are asking for support from fellow teammates.... It's one thing to show support for a cause.....it's another to stoop to the same level of disrespecting the symbol of your nation. I personally would find it difficult if not impossible to support someone who doesn't respect something as basic as the flag of our country!
Then they interviewed Hank Aaron and he was saying how somebody needs to give this guy a chance.....WTF! Uh, no. He wants to make a statement that's fine.....now ownership is making a statement.....the other players better listen up and pay attention as well!

If I own a small business, I refuse to hire somebody that I dont feel is going to help my brand and my bottom line.
Pretty basic for business I would have to guess.
If he wants to do what he is doing. Fine. Enjoy your free speech moron.

These guys kneeling during the national anthem are going to really hurt NFL football. I think it will get worse this year, stupid. If I was the coach, I'd cut the dumb shits.

Mo you have a point....the NFL is no different than any other sport. When the ownership has money on the line they will tolerate all sorts of crap as long as it results in W's on the board and fans in the stands! Greed....all driven by greed. The NFL owners want to take this road they are on with Kap and the like.....they need to do the same for all the criminals they have on the field as well! Not that the kneeling thing is criminal, but it sure isn't good for the team/league.
Your a second-stringer and you hit your wife.....your out of here because we have a reputation to uphold. Your a star and you do all sorts of bad shit.....well, we may fine you and we may make you attend some counseling, but come Sunday go get'em tiger!!! Baseball did the same thing with roids to the point that they just chose to look the other way, while they stuffed money in their pockets!
Morals and business seem to be totally unrelated when it's good for business, but quickly comes to the forefront when it's bad for business!

If it was Brady starting to kneel they would put up with it. But he ain't no Tom Brady! I also think Brady knows there is a better way to communicate your message in a constructive way. Do it constructively and you will get support. Kaepernick did not care about collateral damage and burned allot of people including the stage he is communicating on. My guess is Kaepernick is on his own.

From a Yahoo article response: "Every time Kaepernick kneels, Trump gets more votes. Every time a Confederate statue is taken down, Trump gets more votes. Every time an illegal commits a crime. Every time tranny bathrooms become a huge issue. The Dems are boxed in by their Political Correctness. As Bill Maher said, they're like a guy whose nuts are in his wife's purse."
