^ What are you welding with?.....silver solder? TIG welder. Takes a steady hand and good power source (welder) with this cheap silverware. So....I assume solar power would not get it done? I rest my case.

People with injection molding machines eat caviar and rib eye steaks....and wash it down with manhattan's. Just sayin. Come to think of it.....I had a nice rib eye steak for dinner tonight....after a round of 81 on the links. FORE!

I had air fried chicken for supper, smoothie made in a blender, bacon eggs and hash browns for breakfast made on the griddle. All meals were made on appliances made with grid power. Go grid go.

My lunches for this entire week were prepared off-grid over a pile of burning petrified wood. I will say I have to use the grid to warm them up at the office. Praise be to science the grid holds up this week so I can have a warm lunch.

Well I voided all warranties today on the toaster oven. Well not that it had any because it was a used one that I bought. I got my temperature controller hooked up and I can now run a PID loop to hold temperature. The only thing I don't like about this controller is it displays in centigrade and not Fahrenheit so I need to do the conversion which is no big dealing. Did a test run up to 400 and held it there within 10°. I'm going to insulate the toaster oven a little bit better just to be more economical. After all I am using the grid.

This is for a tempering oven? Why not just use the wall oven?
