I think some of you may have figured it out. Catscratch (Jason) and I worked out a trade. Today I got a big ass box of sheds. Over the weekend he became the owner of a new knife. Thanks again Cat. . I didn’t make these, but found the pictures on the web. It might be a project for smaller parts of the sheds. One never knows.

I did heat treat and temper on Foggies knife this AM. I haven't had a chance to test it yet as this afternoon was filled with dentist and Dr. appointments. Tomorrow I'll test it to make sure the heat treat and temper did it's thing before I move forward with it. Here's a video of the heat treat. I'll post the beat the crap out of it test tomorrow.

It passed the test. It was drove into the wood 1/2". Once I get the handle on and an edge I'll also edge test it. Once the knife is done it's on to making a sheath. I think you'll like it Tom.

I would like to see some video of the handle making process (if it's made from antler).

Not too often you get to see YOUR knife being made and passing tests like this. THAT is very cool. I bet it would have the stones to cut solar power cords.....in prep for new grid power. No? .

Sharp enough to shave with. No more disposable razors for me! Someone will have to start a new thread about what to shave with (once Tooln makes enough of them).

Edge retention test for Foggies knife. This is not the finished edge. Just made sharp enough for the test.

How do you attach the antler handles to your knife? That's a really nice looking knife and it looks very durable as well.
