It will be in Ottertail County and usually the Governor is there. (If he dares show his face).
Some are planning Rocks and Cows for the event. I hope this happens and makes the media.

We might be up that way as well, either that or heading to the Outing/Longville area.

I'll be fishing somewhere but not sure where yet. My old reliable got hammered during ice fishing so I'll have to find some place new. I'll probably hit one of the Alex area lakes since I'm nearby there.

What exactly is a Fishing Opener? Do you have a closed fishing season between ice fishing and open water fishing?

closes Feb 28, opens mid May.
Panfish is open year round.
I saw an article last week somewhere that Ottertail County residents were planning a protest where Gov Dipshit is going to be fishing or something like that.

Biological management or to keep people off soft ice? The spawning fish are quite vulnerable to catch and deplete the resources.

What exactly is a Fishing Opener? Do you have a closed fishing season between ice fishing and open water fishing? yes. Sport fishing closes during spring on Lakes here in WI. Rivers are still open. Panfish are legal year round.

Rumor was Stowes Lake was on fire last year, and I know that Oscar can be a sleeper, we caught close to a limit one year in the evening by the dead trees. Nice fish

I won’t be fishing until Monday.
Who uses an electric knife to clean sunfish? It is a learning experience for sure after cleaning ten today.

Electric rocks on cleaning all fish I have rapala rechargeable You like that? Does it last through a pile of fish? I'd been eyeballing an offgrid electric filet knife, but the reviews aren't good on the 12-volt model. Maybe a guy should just invert a regular grid knife?

Many guys stopped by today with boats hooked on the truck. The Dead Sea allows you to keep one fish 20”-23” they said.
One fish? WTF?
