What do you put in your omelets?
I like sautéed celery with or without asparagus. Other times I use green or black olives. Usually with some ham and cheese. I mix onion powder into the eggs.

One of my favorite breakfast was from over 50 years ago while hunting in Montana. Fresh fawn loin or steak, thin sliced, and fried in a cast iron skillet. Usually we had toast and often eggs with it.
The fawn was usually cleaned up after a 4 or 5 day hunt.

We do a smoothie every day at lunch. My wife cuts up fruit (strawberries, bananas, pears, blueberries) and freezes it so it's easy to put it in the magic bullet. We add some almond milk and pomegranate juice and sometimes need a little water. Tastes like the going to the Dairy Queen. . We tried adding some protein powder but it left a strange taste. What does flax do for you? Taste? . You and Stu are eating too dang healthy. I will skip the smoothies if they taste like DQ as I don’t really like them. Now home made crab applesauce wit’s milk, cinnamon, and a bit of stevia is a different thing. OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!!!!

Whatever I have laying around essentially. Peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, cheese, and hopefully a ham, bacon, or breakfast sausage.

Cold pizza and an entire pot of black coffee. Add cold fried chicken to that list and it'll be perfect. I was drinking a full pot of black coffee for breakfast, then 2 more pots during the day, then cups of instant coffee until bed. I quit cold turkey mid summer. After a week of withdrawls and 2 weeks of my gut re-organizing I felt better than I did in 10 yrs. Now I have to find something that has flavor but no calories. My eating and drinking habits are god awful. It's amazing I'm not a walking health problem.

I usually have generic Cheerios with a banana or blueberries before 5 AM. Then toast and meat or cheese before 7. It is a long time until noon. Every 3rd or 4th day is eggs with an omelet about every 10 days. Maybe I should try oatmeal once in awhile? If you woke up at 9am noon would come a lot quicker. JPS tip of the day.

There is a product called "Go Crack an Egg" and it's a little tub of all the stuff you would find in an omelet (I think there are four varieties and they are all good. Denver, Ham and cheese, Sausage and veggies, etc.(. Anyway.....its a single serving where you just add one egg to the contents and microwave it for 2 minutes while your toaster makes you some toast. Bing!.....really a great breakfast without any hassle. Easy / peasy....fast too. Sometimes I will have it for lunch........if I am out of version sausage sandwiches.

I haven't had DQ in well over a decade. Maybe the last time was around '08 or '09 Best hamburger on earth is the DQ 1/2lb Flamethrower, followed closely by the Garage Burger Stickyfinger! I'll take your word for it. When I see who works at the local DQ I know I'm not gonna eat there. We don't eat fast food of any kind. I think the last time I had anything from McD's was probably 7-8 years ago, same with Burger King. Haven't eaten at a Taco Hell for decades. We've eaten Subway sammiches probably 5-6 years ago, but neither of us will go there again given their politics. I will eat at Culver's when I'm in WI, but that is a big step up in quality compared to most fast food joints IMO. We don't go to WI anymore, so I haven't had Culver's in over a year. I doubt I'll visit one any time soon. Now bar burgers....those I eat most every weekend.
