My camera on the "rifle range" plot sent me a pic this morning. I think I will spend anther month in OZ. You could hunt Sandbur's favorite bird in winter conditions and you're going to choose golf in 90 degrees? Smdh.

Turkey must have chased them away! I have had so few pics over the winter on this plot. I have had a few does and fawns.....but it's been quite infrequent. I get a camera report each day......so the camera works (solar power). Hope I got some deer at my place. Dunno what gives.

Corn and soybeans are preferred winter foods on my plots, but July planted brassicas can get pretty big and provide a lot of tonnage as well. I prefer to plant my brassicas in early July and give them plenty of fertilizer so I have thigh high brassicas going into winter.

a double bearded Tom was strutting in front of my camera this morning. Hopefully he tries this next week when my boys will be hunting.

This is my 3rd spring on my land and more pics by far than the last 2 years. More raccoon pics this year as well.

My goodness. I stepped outside at 6:00 this morning and the birds were just hammering. Our blind will be by the black arrow.
