I just don’t get the interest by the rest of the world.
Are any of the forum members big soccer fans?
As most of you know, I am not much of a sports fan. I do occasionally check the Vikings score after the game.

I'm not a soccer "fan" per se but I did watch the world cup final yesterday and it was a fantastic game with the most popular players for both teams scoring 5 of the goals combined.

Not a soccer fan but am a sports fan. The wife always has the games on so I check it out on my way through the house.

I watched the last of regulation, OT, and the shootout. Only minutes of the World Cup I saw. I just can't get into watching soccer. But what I did watch was entertaining. But I can go right back to not watching it. Just doesn't do anything for me. Soccer might be the most popular sport worldwide. I think goat is the most eaten meat in the world yet we never see it here.

I don’t see the fascination? Boring to me, but I grew up a football player, coach and now a fan. It’s hard to turn a football guy into a soccer fan.

Goat was on the menu and I ordered it. Also had a friend whose neighbor raised goats. He bought and butchered one once. We had kabobs and stew. So I have spent more time eating goat than I have spent watching the World Cup. Lol.

I know several farmers who raise and sell goats. They have a certain market.
