Instructions. Drill hole in box so cable glands end will fit into box. Cut ends off of cable so it will slide thru chew proof cable protector. Cut chew proof cable protector to 66 inches. Slide camera cable thru protector. Put a wire shrink on cable plug side over protector and shrink with heat. This will marry the protector and cable together so cable won't pull thru. Now on other end thread cable wires thru cable glands. Make sure you get chew proof cable protector inserted into cable glands. This is a really tight fit. Then attach cable glands to box with wires inside box.. Now connect inline fuse to positive lead. Connect wire plugs that match the battery you are using. Put battery in box. Install foam to take up empty space so battery doesn't move. Charge battery. Connect battery and it is ready to connect to camera.

What size chew proof cable? Is it the 1/4” with the PG9 size connectors?
Planning on making a few of these, great winter project!
Thanks
