Back a couple of forums ago there was a fella selling home made game cameras and he recommended a certain brand of rechargeable batteries, anybody remember them or try them? Was that the Fireman Jim dude? I believe they were Panasonic Eneloop's. I tried them and had good luck with them. I still use them but not in my trail cams.

Enloops are the best rechargable batteries. Get the highest mah Enloops that they make. Unlike other rechargable batteries the Enloops doesn't loose it's charge while not being used.

I always use energizer lithium batteries. Watch on ebay usually get them for about a $1 each. They last from spring until after hunting season.
