Evidently Ellison was involved in the fifth challenge to Dr Jensen’s medical license. Dr Jensen claims Ellison tried to influence the results.

Gee, given the fact the lefties control everything in this state I wonder what the outcome will be? The link mentioned the federal court system. I am not sure who has jurisdiction.

Remember how restaurants/bars/small businesses challenged MN's pandemic shutdowns under federal court jurisdiction?

About a month ago I got a letter stating I’m called to federal jury duty. I have no desire to go to the courthouse in downtown Minneapolis, but I’d like to be on that jury.

Man, I recall about a 5-7 year span where I got called for state jury duty twice and federal jury duty once. I asked my folks back then if they'd ever been summoned. Nope. Same with my in-laws. Same with my late wife. I don't know what the hell I did back then but I hope I never do it again. FWIW...I got dismissed before the case started with the federal case and one state case. The second case I made it to the jury (should have lied), but it got dismissed after the defendant accepted a plea bargain. All were huge wastes of time. Back then, we had to go sit in a room on a Monday and find out if we got selected for voir dire. I think things work differently now, but I'm not sure.

This is the third time I’ve been selected for jury duty. The prior 2 never made it to trial, but I did have to go in to court, but it was settled at the last minute. My wife likes watching crime tv shows and she wants to be in a jury, but is never called. I don’t want to be on one and get selected often.

The amount of taxpayer money that will be wasted on this should be incredible to say the least.

The amount of taxpayer money that will be wasted on this should be incredible to say the least. Then think of all the money wasted by dems trying to impeach/indite Trump. Mind boggling dollars.
