Age him? Post a pic of him from mid October and I'd likely go 4.5. Summer bucks are tough to age, with those mid August pics I'd say 3.5 but I don't think that'd be accurate.

If he sticks around I’ll do that. I was thinking 3.5?

I agree that he looks around 3.5 years old in that picture, but he will look a lot different and likely older in a month. He looks pretty chunky for a summer buck, so he has been clearly eating well.

As noted on Habitat Talk you can buy a Gardepro camera on Amazon for $40. Good value and I’ve tested the camera & like it . Good pics, good display . Gardepro received a high favorable rating on Trailcampro! I have had my E6 Gardepro out now for about 6 weeks. Its a cell cam. So far, not impressed..... It eats batteries.... Pics are good, night IR pics are good. I put in new alkalines on Sunday, and its already down to 77% tonight. Its sent 61 pics. My first set of batts died after 4 ish weeks. (yea, I know I can use lithiums, but I use cheapo alkalines in my tactacams and they last decent) My tactacams are much better on batts. I just sent an email to Gardepro sharing my experience so far... i just saw that Gardepro is in Hong Kong. HAAAAAA. This is a waste of 70 bucks, but hey... I got what I paid for. Stick to Tactacam

Batteries are down to 32% today after 6 days in the field on my Gardepro cell cam. So the cell version sucks, and the $40 non cell cam is great. Not every company can figure out the cell cam market! Battery life is a big factor… I have not seen them run a discount on the non cell cam as of late .
