where is the gun fair located Just south of Arts home. Maybe 10 miles or less? It is about 8-10 miles north of me. Very close to where a deer hunter was murdered during deer season.

I told my brother about it. He'll probably be over to Rogers to get one before the lunch hour is over. For me, I've got a sharp eye on getting one more AR while things are quiet. I need to replace the short range iron sighted one I sold during the last crisis. I did buy another after I sold that one, but it's just a base gun, no options on it yet. Keep an eye on palmetto state. They have sales on stuff all the time. I picked up a 16" complete upper with bcg and charging handle for $329.00 and built a lower to go with it for around $175.00. Combined it's a little over $500.00 and shoots lights out with my 60 grain reloads.

Sheriff approved my permit to purchase and just signed off on it. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAiAAAAA It is so nice they are allowing you your constitution right after making you jump threw some hoops. Any problems with some sheriffs not approving permits?

Sheriff approved my permit to purchase and just signed off on it. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA It's stupid you even have to go threw that mark to buy a pistol. Minnesota's gun laws are way too restrictive but that's what you get when the dem's run the place.

Any problems with some sheriffs not approving permits? In my county (Crow Wing) it takes the Sheriff a few days to issue the permit. I have a Utah license to carry.....but that does not allow me to PURCHASE in MN. I let my MN CCP go....as I get tired of all the fees involved and the UTAH permit covers more states than the MN does. The MN permit to purchase is good for 1 year.....and is free.....but not renewable. Takes an extra trip to the Sheriff. I don't buy many new handguns.....and if I do, I can wait.

Any problems with some sheriffs not approving permits? I applied Wed afternoon. Normal wait is 7 days. It was ready at 10am today. I did not expect it to get done. On my way to gunfair right now.

So glad I live in a free state. I'd go crazy putting up with bullshit like that to get a gun.

At the gun fair now traffic is brutal. It's backed up a mile to the west.

^ Argh. Sounds like going to the State Fair. I hate dealing with big crowds.....and there is nothing that I need (desperately). Have fun!
