^^^I'd guess a weekish long rally followed by a slow tumble back to this sideways BS we've had for months and months

So if the idiots in Washington reach a debt ceiling agreement. Does the market continue up? Or is there enough other bad news around to keep it suppressed? I wasn’t worried about the debt limit not getting raised. It’d be akin to bank robbers debating what’s best for the bank as they’re cleaning out the vault. We’ve gotta get a new military base built in Finland for WW3, and those 46 bio weapons labs in Ukraine need to make payroll so the WEF can make their agenda 2030 population goals on time. I did it again, didn’t I?

Taking bets today. Feds are meeting this week.
Do you think inflation has come down any?.........Me: Nope!
Are the Inflation numbers going to be the same, down slightly or up slightly?.........Me: same as last month.
Is the Fed going to raise the rate another quarter percent, hold steady for a month, or drop a quarter percent this week?.....Me: Up .25%

Big week for the markets. If there's no big drop this week or next maybe we are indeed in a new bull market.

Slightly better than expected CPI report and the futures jump. One report down, more to come...

Big week for the markets. If there's no big drop this week or next maybe we are indeed in a new bull market. Made it through one week, but this week sure sucked. I still think there's a recession coming

Almost a half million jobs added in June, almost twice what economists had predicted. I'd expect a couple more rate hikes
