Yes it is I just put it up a month or so ago, besides same sniffing I haven't seen much use yet but that's to be expected I guess. We will see once there is hard horns Cool, keep us posted on how they used it once antlers turn hard. I added a licking branch to mine. All deer use it all yr long. An oak branch at the right height was all that it took.

Not one of those bucks would live to cross two property lines up by me.

What does it take to be a real monster?
Number three looks like he may have a fat old body even for a summer buck. Some of the others looks pretty lean.
I'd probably let an arrow fly a at any of them. Well, maybe not the last one.

I think this is the 12 pt from last season. I got a pic of him after rifle season.... The plot he is walking into is a weed pit right now. I want to fish more, but I have another part of a day slated to nuke this and replant in a couple weeks. Too early to say if its him.... If its not him, then I am really excited. cuz maybe there are 2 roaming the area with the 12 pt living through gun season last fall. image hosting

Uh yep. That is a monster.
A guy south of me killed a high 190s deer 5 or 7 years ago. They do exist but they are so rare, I don't think I have ever seen one in my neck of the woods.
We can get some age but we just don't have the soil for something like that to be a realistic possibility.

It's possible in MN, I promise. Met a neighbor that I hadn't met yet the other day. This was on his wall... he isn't a trophy hunter either, got lucky. 200"+ This was the first year of APR regs so APR rule did not get his buck to this point
