I love fishing jumbo gators! Back in 2011 or 2012 when the MO river flooded, we fished Fort Peck. The water come up some insane amount of feet and submerged very large trees. We went and threw gator gear into those trees and pulled out all kinds of nice pike. I don't think we broke 40", but we got lots of 34+.
