One of our guys got one. We already struck a deal to send a large roast my way and I'm going to can it. Has anyone done it? Any tips to share? I'd like to do a plain can job so that it can be decided after the fact how to season it for whatever the purpose is.

Shouldnt be any different that canning venison. Just do it.
