Yeah and the fucking DNR underreports the total wolf population as well, so they can suck it. The WI DNR has no clue how many wolves they have, some of these "breakaway packs" are listed as 6 to 8 animals, and they have twice that many seen running in groups in the areas where they are being reported. Just allow us to have a season and all will be well, just as it was a couple years back. You want to save a species, allow it to be hunted, no one will take better care of that resource than the guys who want to hunt them. That may not have been the case back in the market hunting days, but Aldo set shit straight and has given us a clear path to where we need to be in those regards.

No kidding. Did our little 2 or 3 year hunting experiment cause them to go extinct? Not even close. Didn't the population grow during that time?

What they don't tell you is that no matter how the wolf died, poaching how they said it in article or natural cause the dead wolves were calculated to figure the quota for the wolf season. Just another way to try and stop the state to be able to manage them. In all these articles not one wolf lover says any thing about all the single and double wolves that are not counted or included in their wolf population counts.

Science is a business man. Nobody with money is going to fund a study unless they know they'll get the outcome they want. I call that an agenda in search of a study.
