I've got a few rolls of chainlink fence here that I got from Brooks. I don't know how many feet total, but I'm guessing at least 150'. I don't remember if I gave Brooks two or three cases of Bud for the fence, but I'll accept any reasonable offers The catch is I don't have a tractor with a loader and the stuff is heavy. Message me here or reply on this thread if interested.

Would that be a good thing to throw down in a low spot dominated by canary grass? I've got a length of trail that gets real spongy even when the rest of the area has dried out fairly well.
How wide is it?

Brooks and Steve used to talk/post about using chainlink in marshy/swampy areas.
It's 8'

Put the fence down and then rock in a diameter bigger than the openings in the chain link and you will have a hell of a base.

Can a guy move it by hand, or do you need a loader?

Can a guy move it by hand, or do you need a loader? I'd guess a few guys may be able to get the rolls on a trailer with low sides....but I really don't know for sure. I was able to roll them off my trailer, but gravity was on my side Obviously, the stuff could be unrolled to the point where it could be handled and then re-rolled on trailer...but that doesn't sound like a lot of fun to me.

if it isn't gone by the time I return in spring...I would come after it. I'd figure out a way to load it. (I think) If somebody wants it.....do your deal. It's alll good.
