I was just kidding . Update as much as you want. Just watching hunting videos on YouTube, what else can a guy do ? Stu could post some beach videos. Is it spring break for coeds yet? Probably a little early still. All we saw is blue hairs.

We're in the middle of a bunch of homes/condos. They have sections of the beach marked off as private, so the owners/renters/tenants always have access. It's also about half a mile in either direction to any general public access, so most people don't walk this far to get set up. That said, we walked a couple miles of beach yesterday and there wasn't a lot of "scenery". As badgerfowl said, it's early for spring break yet. I will say that if my wife and I were going to spend a month or two here, it would be in a spot like this (versus a house with a pool on a canal) Being able to walk out your door and be on the beach is pretty cool.

Are those private sections pretty much open for residents and tenants to walk on or do you have to stay below the high water mark?

They are open to residents/tenants of the individual properties. e.g. we can walk on ours, but we're not supposed to walk on neighboring/other properties. Most of the private properties are marked with treated 4x4 stakes or something similar. Edit...yes, you can walk anywhere below the high water mark.
