I am sitting here at 63 and wondering if I can keep doing my job. And also wondering if I can afford to quit and pay all of family health care.

Is there any way to reduce the number of days you work from lets say 5 to 3? Shave in income but partial retirement to afford healthcare. Four days off a week to bridge a couple years might make things work. Might be worth the conversation.

This summer I cut back to 9 days and two nights per two week pay period. Having every other Saturday off is great!

I can't imagine the system will hold together much longer. How can people be paying a majority of their income in insurance that doesn't cover anything? Time for a farmer to haul a tanker of hog shit to the capitol.

Time to cash everything out, put your money in cans and go on the county if you need health care. Fuck this shit!
