I sure didn't hear the kind of shooting I expected to hear today. Fine by me.
Intensive designation here is pure B.S. I saw 2 does and a buck today...I could have legally shot them all if I bought the bonus tags. That's just not right. Under Intensive a guy should be seeing deer off and on steadily throughout the day. Just not the case. Fuck you MN DNR

Nailed it stu. I was thinking similar stuff today. Now multiply the tags by the number of hunters. Our neighbors have 9 guys. We r managed. They can take 18 deer off 160 acres. We r managed for 17 to 21 per sq mile. Hello fucking dnr!!!!! How does this work? It doesnt!

Fucking deer hunters around here are so stupid...they fall right into lock step with the DNR.

Good number of shots here yesterday. Only 1 today. 20 mph winds will do that.

My grandson took “half a buck” early this morning. 200 lbs. must have broke one side off fighting. Woulda had a nice spread.

My grandson did win our pool. He shot his buck from my stand from yesterday. I am pretty sure this is the same buck which I could not determine the rack thru the brush. I think he was bedding in the area I last saw him. I’m set blade my grandson won the pool....and he’s on his way back to SDSU at Brookins whew he plans to major in electrical engineering.. smart young man...and a very skilled hunter for his age. Great kid!
