While putting venison in the freezer, I️ thought you might like to see the difference between dolgo and chestnut crab applesauce.

That's amazing art! I don't have any chestnut but I'm starting to get a few dolgo so I can tell which is which!! Looks delicious. Curious as I've never done it why are you freezing it and not canning it? My mom cans it and that's all I've ever known.

The dolgo has a tendency towards cherry flavor to my taste buds.

Freezing is idiot proof and I️ am the prime example.
