I may be missing it (if it's already there point me into the right direction) but is there a trapping section?

I would say that would work. Looks like we have twice as many sections than any other forum already.

I would say that would work. Looks like we have twice as many sections than any other forum already. That is why this is the best damn habitat forum on the World Wide Web!!!Seriously though, I was thinking about that same thing last evening and I think maybe we can at least reassign the items in the MISC. board to fit into other board categories, still contemplating that move right now and we may need some discussion on that moving forward?

I don't know shit about running a forum but would it be easier to manage if there were less sections?
Maybe just a general section for habitat and stuff. And the super secret need a special pass section for talking about your specific property and the snowflakes.
Jim used to bitch about people putting things in the wrong section and he would then move it. It seemed like unnecessary work to me.
I typically use tapatalk and just click the unread button to catch up. I barely know which section I'm looking at.

We are in discussion to tidy this up a bit right now. It is the same either way as far as modding, as long as you are not anal about every little thing going in the exact spot, THAT creates extra work. The site navigation for members is a bit cleaner with less boards though. Thanks for the suggestion.

I think Jim was just anal about putting stuff in the right section. If I was a moderator I wouldn't give two shits where someone posted something, and only move it if I was asked.
For example who cares if there is a sport topic in general habitat section.

What about a trapping sticky in the small game or general discussion sections?

Are you talking about a single thread "stuck" to the top of the Small Game board, or a sub forum of some type?

Are you talking about a single thread "stuck" to the top of the Small Game board, or a sub forum of some type? A single thread stuck at the top is what I was thinking. Everyone can post to that one thread. I'm guessing we won't have a massive amount of posts for a thread like that, but it would be nice to have something on the topic that is easy to find. With that said, I'll probably post most of my trapping stuff to my land thread once I get it started.

That ^^^ is a better choice than a subforum IMO.

I have created a "sticky" thread for trapping related items in the Small Game area.
