Anyone use one of these? I know a lot of you guys like your Moultrie cams, wondering how the Mobile thing stacks up...

I'm holding out for a better system. I'm kicking myself for buying another cam in November. Tried to return it unopened, but 30 days had passed. I'm ready for high mounted security type cameras that can beam back to a hard drive in the cabin. Once they get the range and power technology bumped ahead, I'll be getting that. That is of course if there is a stabbin' cabin to put it in.

Getting a transmitter and receiver that will cover a mile with radio isn't too hard or expensive. Getting it to send data in the form of a pic and getting it to trigger the send function would take a lot of programming I'm not capable of. Yoder over on HT seems to have a lot experience with the system you are talking about.

I read that Cudde Link thread over there too. He seems to know everything about everything and makes sure everyone knows it.
The Bowsite did an in-depth review of the Moultrie Mobile setup a year or two ago. Very informative piece if you haven't checked it out.

Those systems aren't much more than the cost of a 4-5 trail cams now, but the performance isn't there yet, far as I can tell.
