Considering MN is the DUI capital of the world, it seems prudent on Canada's part to finally allow one-time offenders like myself to cross the border. I've said no every year to invites to go to the angle and fish pike late ice. I'd also like to meander around the canadian side of Rainy Lake some day without needing the president to get me out of a jam. www.startribune.com/canadians-to-ease-rules-allowing-americans-entry/140403093/

Funny shit!
I went on a trip with 12 guys to canada to go fishing once. 5 guys got turned away at the border. We had no Idea DUI's would keep you from crossing. They all had them! LOL!

Seems like a reasonable change to get some more tourist money.
When i went to Canada for work I got questioned more than when I went to the Netherlands.
