It was a pleasure to meet Batman.
Not to discount the efforts of others, but I was happy to see someone taking action on matters we often discuss.

Sounds like is was a good event. Was Johnson pleased with the outing and the feedback he got? Said it was the busiest he has been at an event in a long time. Had him hustling with appts at every deer group that was there. I have high hopes. If somebody could spread a rumor Pawlenty is gay or similar we may be in the chips.

NO!!! the libtards love gays, so that would backfire for sure with all the libtards in Minneapolis/St.Paul!

Now Johnson has to spend cash fighting Tpaw in the republican primary. I sent him $100. Tax deductable. Most liberals think that means free.

The MN governor's race is almost always won in the primaries, not the general. Sending cash now is a prudent investment. If Seifert could have beaten Emmer in 2010, none of the shit we're dealing with today would have ever happened.

All deer hunters, especially public land hunters, would be wise to know, remember, and share the fact that Pawlenty was the one that started the DNR down the path to whore out every acre of government land to the logging industry under the no-accountability management of some quacks from Germany and California (SFI and FSC). Those are the same quacks that ordered Steve Merchant and the DNR to have the deer killed off, or lose their precious certification. This is the same Steve Merchant that almost choked on his words about this very subject during the same committee meeting where Brooks testified some years back. Not this cat. Meeting with factions next week to start crafting the 'Deer Governor' campaign to raise awareness of the power the Governor has to dictate policy for every state agency. Groups or individuals who have a concern (such as the one SKOOG shared above can get inline for Facebook promotion etc of their issue.) craft and fund the messages. Par Example. Deer Governor, in 2003 a task force convened by Governor Tim Pawlenty recommended we certify our forests. This certification requires audits for excessive deer browse. Only one audit in the past decade mentioned excessive deer browse. Lets use these audits as a tool to boost deer numbers in forested areas until we grow close to the audited threshold. This available science would let us have many many more deer in the north woods of Minnesota. Thank you, Skoog Skoogman Skoog, I have committed to using more science based metrics as tools for reforming the Minnesota deer goal setting process. Available metrics such as forest audits will be used by local interests to decide local goals that will be managed for by our DNR. Science will again guide deer management in Minnesota, not funded political interests in St Paul. Jeff Johnson In November of 2018, one half million Minnesota residents will do 2 things. Hunt deer, and pick the next Governor.*Message funded by Skoog Skoogman. He is now voting for Jeff Johnson.
