So I took my gift card and bought a masterbuilt gen 2.5 40" smoker. I've always wanted to get into it and now am gonna start. So I'm taking the plunge.

Dude! I just bought a pellet grill Saturday. I cooked a brisket Sunday and it was by far the best brisket/smoke I've ever done. It was very easy to do, and with the wifi I can program or change temps with my phone. I'm kind of surprised how much I used this feature. It shows the grill's temp AND the internal temp of the meat. I did several temp adjustments using my phone to keep the internal temp in range. Worked awesome and tasted great.
I foresee a lot more grilling/smoking in my future as well as processing my kills differently now that I have a different weapon in my arsenal.

I see myself eating a lot more "good" meats such as fish and briskets and less burgers. Also maybe start making jerkey and sausage as well. I am really looking forward to ribs.

I'd like to keep this thread going to share good eats and recipes and make the nonsmoking people jealous.

Cool (wish I would have taken a pic of the brisket I cooked).
What's good method to cook pork ribs; Grill temp? Internal meat temp? Time to cook?
