Very seldom see land for sale in doniphan county. Dont know what the market is. We will have to see. I would only sell our land for four an acre if i could close to double up in Missouri.

There is a reason it was reduced in price. It ain't worth close to $4K an acre, Lucky to get $3K with no income, or very little income now a days. Hunting properties seem to be selling in the $2,300- $2800 range in NW Missouri, has to have really good income to bring more now.
