It all depends how large the opening is. Don't need much for seed as compared to lime. But if it could do lime it's one hell of a deal.

I'm pretty sure those Gandy's will work for fertilizer and lime......but they get more used as a seeder for some reason. They do have a website and you can look up their purpose there. Decent brand.....Owantonna MN....if my memory serves.

Maybe better for very dry ag lime......or pell lime? Dunno.
