Anyone ever encounter something like this with a trail cam? Changed SD card this weekend and then this started.

Not exactly but do you re-format your sd every time? I've had issues in the past if I don't reformat card every time (ie, deleting old pictures)

I've seen this happen when the card is pulled with power on to the camera, or if the camera hasn't completely powered down when you turn it off. I also format every time a card is reinstalled into a cam. Format the card with the cam, not the PC.

Ive had cams do that in extream heat. What did you do to fix? Nothing. It either started to work again or it was junk. I can't say for sure it was the heat but they have done in when it was really hot and then when cooled off went back to normal. I'm just speculating that is what caused it.
