I'm thinking about getting a gas powered leaf blower for blowing leaves and pine needles from my yard. Also for blowing leaves off my food plots. Anyone have a favorite? Handheld not backpack. I have been looking at the Stihl's but would be open to other brands too.

I have the Stihl. Anything Stihl is worthy.

I have Stihl chainsaws. It I were to buy a leaf blower it would be a Stihl also. But that is because I have a local Stihl repair man who is awesome!

I have a Stihl and it worked pretty well. Sometimes it has a problem sucking gas though and can be difficult to restart after shutting off. My Stihl chainsaws work like a charm though

I own the Stihl handheld and it has always run great. My only complaint would be sometimes it has to warm up on half choke or even run on half choke before it hits full throttle. Probably is normal for the warm up process though but I get in a hurry sometimes.

Have u checked out the Stihl Combi system? I don't have one, but the idea is interesting. I wouldn't mind having a leaf blower and pole saw.

My father in law gave me his stihl hand held. It has run well for years.
The reason he gave it away was because the handheld can get tiring if you use it for long. He said a backpack is much easier.

No issues with my stihl backpack and it is 7 years old. 3 or 4 pulls and it will be running right now.

Well, I think Stihl has the market cornered at least on this forum.

Hey I've got an Echo and it works great. 5 year warranty too. They're great for getting burn piles going too.
