The only reason I am selling this is because on my ladderstands, I like to have the railings. I dont like hang on stands at all, and this feels like a hang on when its in a tree. I bought it because I thought it would be a nice tool for quick moves to new spots without the hassle of a full fledged ladderstand. I put it in a tree, climbed up in it and took it down. It collapses down to about 4 ft so it can be easily carried in an an ATV rack. Or carried in by hand. It does weigh just under 40 lbs, so not too bad to carry. post.craigslist.org/k/UhA5aqWI6BGrhaLosDz7FA

Does that aluminum creak when it is cold?
I am a guy who takes the rails off. I fear they are in the way when I need a quick shot that is up close.
