This buck is very unique, one good side, and one that has a crazy point(s) that goes straight back. I assume injury, but either way, he looks mature and we probably will target him if we see him. Thought I would share.

My coworker who was showing me pics from his Trempealeau Co farm yesterday had 2 bucks with very strange antlers. One looked like it was a "natural" phenomenon, straight up, very tall and narrow with only a main beam and a couple short stickers on each side, the other was clearly an injury, much like the one in your pic.
