He showed up again. I’m 90% sure I know his bedding area, but he rarely gets on his feet before dark dark...

Can you show up in the middle of the night and be close enough at sunup to get him? Do you know his escape routes... I have set alarm clocks in bedding areas to flush them at the right time and been sitting on their escape path when it went off.

We have thought about a stalk, but he beds in some nasty cattail, willow, dogwood thickets and he would be tough to approach. We could possibly push him during rifle, but then if he escapes will he get shot on the neighbors?
Tough call, we will probably just play it out and hope he makes a mistake?

That's good to see he is still alive. He looked pretty skinny and sick in the last picture you posted, but he looks better in that picture.
I would make a drive for him on the last day of gun season if he doesn't cooperate prior to that.

I had this guy show up on the 2nd....never seen a rack like this before.... Nice looking buck, his tines slant inward. I looked and could not tell if he was a 10 or a 12 point. Nice buck either way. Good luck with him!

I had this guy show up on the 2nd....never seen a rack like this before.... That thing is great! I've known a couple who have shot deer like that, pretty buck doubles tine scores. Always got the impression that they were just short of growing double beams. I have some inside kicker genes on the place but the don't grow in as well as those. Very cool looking deer!

Cool buck. He looks like he might be young not that I would be able to pass him. Any chance he fell off the Batman big buck delivery truck?

All I can do is go after him and see what happens. The strange thing is....I pulled the card about an hour after the video was taken. I have never hunted a particular buck before and I know the odds of me even seeing this buck again is really low...but we will try. I don't think he will score very well...he lacks mass and overall length....but those inside points are pretty cool!
