Here is a quick and easy target stand made out of pallet wood. Hopefully if I hit the wood all the targets won't fall off.

Looks great. You could make is so you can slide a piece of cardboard through/between the top two boards and between the bottom two boards hitting a stop board on the bottom. This way you can tape or staple targets onto the cardboard. This is a common target stand design.

If I made the top out of two boards instead of one. I could slide Carbord right in. A few screws on the bottom would work for stops. The range I go to does have decent target boards, otherwise I have a few yard signs I use as target holders but they are nearing end of life.

Stand took a beating and is still ticking. ...for now I did learn I need to dial in the AR scope some more, I did much better with the 22 and iron sites. It's a blast watching the 4 inch targets go spinning up in the air when you hit them.
