There are some good videos on raising a box blind on You Tube......and a few that did not work too well. I would use one of the methods they show that did work. Not sure about your description for raising a blind with a loader....but I nearly lost one that way. . The ladder idea shown by tool'n is a great way to go.

Could a person tip up a box blind similar to above by using a tractor loader with bucket forks? Similar setup, attach legs on the ground and then lift unit. I was thinking of building fork extensions out of wood that I could add eye-bolts etc. to attach to the legs to the extensions. Seems like a good idea but what am I missing. When I put the wife box blind up I did it with the tractor/loader so to speak. I put the blind together and built the base at home. I hauled it to the 40 on the wagon. I slid the platform off the side of the wagon and lifted it up with the loader to attach legs on one side. Once I had legs on one side I strapped it to the bucket and raised it to put legs on the other side. I was able to do this about 15' from where it was going to be set.

We use a big boom on a quick detach loader that is awesome for moving big box stands. Simply rachet tight and lift away. We did them with loader buckets but sometimes it can get kind of hairy..

With those menards blinds I just build the base and flip it over with two people then assemble the stand on top.

With those menards blinds I just build the base and flip it over with two people then assemble the stand on top. I built a base separately. Then used a 4x4' piece of plywood to attach the menaces blind......and used carriage bolts with heads on the bottom. Then I could place the base in place (along with some decking at the top) and lift the menaces blind into place with my tractor and long forks. I then attach the blind / floor assemble to the base with a couple screws from the inside. If I want to move it I could take the blind off the base and remove the stairway (also unitized) .....move each and re-assemble. Works good for transport.

We have no equipment other than a cordless drill so I did it the easiest way possible. Made the base at home, with deck. Haul to site. Flip upside down. Put 4x4 legs into place and brace. Flip over. Then hand each wall up one piece at a time and assemble. Works good enough and can have it up and in place in about an hour. I used lag screws to hold the blind to the base. So far so good. I use 8’ legs. I think you could flip 10’s this way but anything higher may be tougher. My dad sat in the one over our orchard and brassica plot tonight. Saw 20. I couldn’t get out of work so didn’t make it up. Hopefully tomorrow night will get out.

Thought this is a good place to post what I had just put on my land thread. Yesterday I built a set of “high forks” to enable me to move our elevated box blinds. This works for most blinds to about 14’ high at the floor. Gotta be care driving though. May work better with a skid steer, but I have not had any incidents.....yet. Could be available for loan if you got a good plan and the right equipment. It mounts with a SS type plate.

Put pullies up in near by trees. Nice work Toolin. How many trees are you using that have pullies? I have seen a ladder used on at least one manufacturers site. We're you able to control the blind with straps or other devices once the blind tipped upright? It would be nice to control the blind so it does not tip to far forward and tip over.

I had an extension ladder that i used to put the pullies up. I had ropes tied to the base so once it got up 3/4 of the way I tied the ropes to the truck so it controlled the tip over.
