F bushnell. They spook bucks. You think they do? I never seem to run into this. I know I have at least 2 Bushnells.

Not really. I will say the older models did have a very distinct click in them. I have just shyed away from them and going to one brand. I got tired of dealing with different set ups and such. Browning is where I ended up.

This guy looked right at my Moultrie 880i. Probably be the last pics I get of him in that location (about 25 yards from my back patio)

I have had Deer completely abandon decades old travel patterns from budget cameras.

My theory on deer and trail cams is this...if they have been exposed to those cams since they were fawns, they are much less likely to be spooked by them. I also have come to believe that most mature bucks here have "learned" where the cams are and have changed their movement patterns by a few yards to avoid them. Great big tracks in soft soil support this theory
I am fairly certain the buck I posted above was a drop tine 10 last year. I got pics of him and so did my neighbor (he got a lot more than I did). I am also fairly certain he is the buck I missed at near point blank range the Thursday before the 2017 gun opener. I guessed him at upper 130s at that time.

Second yes I agree, I think they do occasionally avoid cameras but they don't seem to leave the property. I know the big buck I have on my Parkers farm sees my camera, but he keeps coming back....seems to me more than 50% of the bucks could care less (just my opinion).

This buck looks at my camera about every 5 days, he is regular. I try to put cameras up and angled down if I have time. *date is wrong

Yup, I have seen bucks not care about cams too. The mid 150s buck my SIL shot a couple years ago had his pic taken a number of times over at least 2 (I suspect 3) years. I think that buck had been exposed to trail cams all along (maybe he lived here his whole life...I don't know. I guessed him at 4.5 when he was shot). What do you think the buck I posted a pic of scores? At first glance I could see why a person would guess in the 130s. Given the massive body (this buck leaves footprints with the dew claws pushing down on all four hooves) the rack doesn't look that impressive. I'm thinking if I see that buck in person I'd put him well into the 150s, and maybe higher. I hope I get to find out this fall.
