My family has a pull behind tiller that attaches to a garden tractor or ATV. It does have a set of narrow wheels so you can transport it. Its old and I can't remember the brand. I believe it has a 5 horse engine on it. It works good for a garden but i would not want to do a large area as it does not dig very fast.
Maybe you are looking for a much bigger unit?

I had one of those and sold it. No good for new ground and too small for established plots.
