8 to 10 hrs. Need it to get to 200 internal temp. First 6 hrs at 225. Then turn up to 300 and ler er roll.

At 170. Pull em off and wrap em in foil. Go back on until they hit 200

They are pretty damn good. Might have let them cook a bit long. I have only smoked salmon and tullibee which are very oily fish. Just a bit dry but maybe thats just how they are.
