There is an air of turd sandwich wafting from the smoke filled back rooms at the capitol. The House passed it's omnibus outdoor bill last night, and there is enough that everyone got a thumb to the eye. *Bans wolf hunting should MN ever regain it's tenth amendment rights from some judge in DC. *Formally launches "Adopt a Dumpster" for CWD zones. *Hunter donation option to fund Walk-in-areas during license purchase - eliminated.*Increase funding going into deer management account. * Bans emergency deer feeding with funds from the deer management account. Anybody's deer watchdogs see that coming? Any of them endorse it? Go read for yourself: www.house.leg.state.mn.us/SessionDaily/Story/13923

Wow, there isn't a law they don't like in Minnesota. Might be time to cut and run.

I could see that feeding ban coming at the meetings 12 plus months ago. What's amazing, is not only are they not giving the money back, they are redirecting it to kill the deer it was meant to save. That's the finest donkey work I've ever seen.
