I normally drag an ice fishing sled around my place with my ATV when there's snow or ice on the ground. Dragging it around in the summer is just going to wear holes in the bottom.
I have a 700cc Yamaha Kodiak ATV so can pull a good load. What's your favorite ATV trailer and why? Plastic tub? Heavy duty mesh? Dump feature or not? Double axle? Single axle? I'll mainly use it to haul bags of fert and lime, maybe cut firewood.
Thanks,
Kooch

This is the one I have. It has regular bearings like you would find in a trailer you would pull on highway. I have had it for 15 years, it sits outside 24/7. The only thing I have done is put air in tires and pump some grease in bearing buddies that come with trailer. I like that the wheels are under trailer so you don't get mud slinging up on you. www.otteroutdoors.com/product/super-express-20-trailer/

This is the one I use. I like it so much I bought a second one to keep at the cabin.
I've had the first one for 10 years and it still works like the day I bought it.

John deere 80 cart. Super heavy duty, compact and good payload. Mine is always heaping with rocks or firewood. A used one goes for about $300. The box tilts and tailgate flips out of the way.

I use A 5x7 with 3500 lb axles. Did not need one more trailer.

Right now I just pile 8 bags at a time on the ATV when I'm hauling lime or fertilizer, four front, four back. Maybe I don't need one. But it looks luxurious. Skinny trails may be a problem.

I actually have mine at home right now. It's a Fimco, don't remember what I paid for it but it wasn't much. Sits outside year round and gets abused. You can tilt it without unhooking it.
